1. You are able to copy and paste information for:

   • All cells except column headers

   • All column types except ‘Attendance Tap’ and ‘From School Cockpit’ (i.e. Name, Class, Index No. & Gender)

2. To copy and paste information from your spreadsheet in, Add new column first

3. Select the column type that matches the
   data that you are pasting over

4. For ‘Dropdown’, ensure that you specify at least 1 option when adding the column. The rest of the data copied over will be automatically added as options 

5. For ‘Checkbox’, indicate data to be checked with either ‘1’ or ‘Yes’ 

1. Tap once to check off that field

2. Tap again to remove the tick

1. Click once to select the field

2. Click again for the dropdown options to appear

3. Click on the option to select it

1. Click once to select the field

2. Double-click for the text box to appear

3. Enter text or numbers

4. Click outside the field to save your input

1. Tap on the kebab menu icon on the top right corner of the list.

2. A menu will appear with the ‘Summary’ option at the bottom.

3. Tap on ‘Summary’ to access the page displaying the count within each column.

Note: Click on ‘Expand all’ to quickly get an overview of all the columns at once.
