A. Why is the list scrolling incorrectly on my phone when using FlexiList?
Problem: We have identified a scrolling issue on phones affecting how FlexiList is displayed. The list may appear like a full Excel sheet, making navigation difficult.
Affected Devices: Android
Known Affected Browser: Chrome, Samsung Internet Browswer
Reason for this problem: There's a feature in Chrome called "Force Enable Zoom" that lets you zoom in and out on websites. This can mess up how FlexiList looks and works. Turning off this feature will make sure FlexiList works like it should.
Guide for Solution (Chrome)
On google chrome browser, click on the 'more options icon' on the top right of the screen
Click on 'Settings'.
Scroll down and click on 'Accessibility'.
Ensure that 'Force enable zoom' is switched off.
Refresh FlexiList.
Guide for Solution (Samsung Internet Browser)
On samsung internet browser, click on the 'menu icon' located at the bottom right of the screen.
In the menu that appears, tap on 'Settings' to access the browser settings
In the Internet settings menu, scroll down and tap on 'Webpage view and scrolling'
Ensure that 'Pinch to zoom in/out of webpages' is switched off.
Refresh FlexiList.
