Customising your list (On desktop)
Remove students
Hover over the left of the student’s name
Click on the checkbox that appears
Check off the students you wish to remove
To select all the students, click on the checkbox next to the column title ‘Student’s Name’
Click on ‘Remove students’
Add new column
Click on the + at the end of all the columns
A drawer will appear from the bottom
Select an option from the ‘Column Type’ dropdown
The options are:
‘Attendance Tap’: To mark attendance of a specific date
‘Checkbox’: To check off
‘Single-select Dropdown’: To select only one option from a list of options
‘Multi-select Dropdown’: To select multiple options from a list of options
‘Free Text’: To input text or numbers
‘From School Cockpit’: To pull available student data from SC
For 'Class' and 'Index', you can now select which academic year to be populated. The default year is the existing year'Import from other Lists': To pull available student data from another list you have access to into your current list
'SC Mobile (SCM) Attendance': To pull available student attendance data directly from SCM.
'SCM Attendance Summary (Beta)': Displays the student’s attendance as a percentage or ratio based on days present in SC Mobile (SCM).
Enter the ‘Column Name’
Tap ‘Save’ to create the new column
Tap ‘Save’ again to go back to your list
Important: Do note that tapping out of the modal or on the back arrow will not save your input. Remember to tap ‘Save’!
Edit column
Click on the name of the column you want to edit and a menu will appear
Tap on ‘Edit column’
Edit the ‘Column type’ and ‘Column Name’.
Tap ‘Save’ to save your changes
Tap ‘Save’ again to go back to your list

Reposition column
Click on the name of the column you want to edit and a menu will appear
Tap on ‘Move column left’ or ‘Move column right’
Delete column
Click on the name of the column you want to edit and a menu will appear
Tap on ‘Delete column’
Confirm that you want to delete the column by tapping on ‘Delete’
