Creating your list
Import from Excel
On your desktop, login to scmobile.moe.edu.sg
Select ‘FlexiList’
Click on ‘Import from Excel’
Click on ‘Start import’
Check that the first 2 columns of your list are ‘class’ and ‘index number’. Alternatively, download our template and paste your data in
We will retrieve the students based on the academic year selected. So, do ensure that you have the right year selected
Ensure ‘class’ is in the same format as your school’s official record as shown on-screen
Ensure there are no duplicate students in your Excel list
Click ‘Upload file’ and select your file from the file picker. Or you can drag and drop your file
Click ‘Open’ to start uploading
Your list will be created once we successfully retrieve the names of your students from School Cockpit

Tap on ‘Select students’. Select the academic year you want to create the list for; the default is the existing year
In the ‘Search by class or student's name’ search box, enter the name of the student you are looking for
If the student can be found, it will be shown on-screen directly
Tap on the checkbox to select the student
Tap on ‘Add students’ to create your list

Tap on ‘Select students’. Select the academic year you want to create the list for; the default is the existing year
Your form class will be displayed under the tab ‘Your groups’
To add the whole class, tap on the checkbox to the left of the class name
To select certain students in the class,
a. Tap on the arrow down to view all the names and tap on the respective students OR
b. Check the whole class and uncheck students to exclude them from the list
For other classes in your school, tap on the tab ‘School-wide’. Locate the students by level, then by class
Tap on ‘Add students’ to create your list

Tap on ‘Select students’. Select the academic year you want to create the list for; the default is the existing year
Tap on the school-wide and you will see two tabs, form classes or teaching groups
Tap on teaching groups to display all the teaching groups categorised by subject under the tab ‘Teaching groups’
To select the right teaching group for your class,
a. Tap on the subject that the teaching group belong to then
b. Tap on the level of the teaching group you are looking for
To add the whole teaching group, tap on the checkbox to the left of the teaching group name
Tap on ‘Add students’ to create your list
Explore templates
Under the section ‘Explore templates’, we have created templates pre-filled with relevant columns and sample data for different types of school events and ad-hoc programmes
Browse the templates and tap on the one you are interested in
Scroll left to view the columns and how the template has been used
Tap on ‘Use this template’ to use it as a base for your list
