FSBB Student Location
When to use this template?
For FSBB schools to locate their students more easily. With FSBB, teachers face challenges in locating students during school hours as they may be located at various venues depending on the level of the subjects they are taking. Before FSBB, students would usually be at their form classroom.
For quick access to an overview of students' locations. Teachers may not have ready access to their laptops to open up Excel sheets in shared folders to locate the individual student locations.
For use together with students' timetables as class timetables may not provide all the necessary information for example the level of subject they are taking and consequently, where their class is held.
Step 1: Use the template in FlexiList and download as an Excel sheet
Add students to the template as per the classes / level required for the FSBB Student Location list. You may consider adding the whole level of FSBB students to this list.
Download as Excel sheet and update the Excel template with FSBB subject groupings (subject group name and subject teacher) for the individual students.
Add the venue of where the lesson will be held for each subject group.
Example of how the list could look like below:
Step 2: Login to SC mobile > FlexiList > Import from Excel
Once you have updated the Excel sheet with the necessary information, upload it into FlexiList with the feature 'Import from Excel'.
A successful upload of your Excel sheet to FlexiList will look like the following:

Step 3: Add whole school as collaborators and teachers can search for students on the move!
Step 4: Teacher can refer to class timetable to check the subject that the student is taking
If the student is having English lesson during that time slot, teacher can quickly identify the venue that the student is in with this list and view it conveniently on mobile.
